About the Role

1. Product Listing on Multiple Platforms
   
   

   • Upload products on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
     
     

   • Ensure accurate and appealing titles, descriptions, and images.
     
     

2. Inventory Management
   
   

   • Regularly update stock quantities.
     
     

   • Coordinate with the warehouse/supplier team to avoid overselling or stockouts.
     
     

3. Product Detail Management
   
   

   • Ensure correct pricing, SKU, weight, dimensions, and specifications.
     
     

   • Maintain SEO-friendly descriptions to improve product visibility.
     
     

4. Monitoring Product Performance
   
   

   • Track product views, clicks, and sales.
     
     

   • Identify and report underperforming listings.
     
     

5. Price & Offer Updates
   
   

   • Apply discounts, deals, and price adjustments as per marketing plans.
     
     

   • Stay updated with competitor pricing.
     
     

6. Error Handling & Correction
   
   

   • Fix listing issues like missing information, category mismatches, or policy violations.
     
     

   • Respond to platform errors or listing rejections.
     
     

7. Coordination with Customer Support
   
   

   • Assist in resolving listing-related customer queries.
     
     

   • Update product information based on customer feedback or reviews.
     
     

8. Platform-Specific Compliance
   
   

   • Ensure all listings follow platform guidelines.
     
     

   • Keep up with new updates or policies introduced by marketplaces.
     
     

9. Bulk Upload & Automation Tools
   
   

   • Use Excel/CSV or platform-specific tools to speed up listings.
     
     

   • Familiarity with tools like Seller Central, Myntra Partner Portal, etc., is a plus.
     
     

10. Daily Reporting
    
    

• Maintain logs of listing updates, inventory changes, and pending tasks.
  
  

• Report work status to the senior or reporting manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills:

E-commerce Platform Knowledge

About the Role

n this role, you’ll work closely with our team to help design, test, and send email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp. Your job is to make sure our emails look great, reach the right people, and perform well.

What you’ll be doing:

• Check how many people are opening and clicking on the emails
